The Rising Star Award
The Rising Star Award honors a current member of the DC Chapter of SMPS who has worked in the marketing profession of the A/E industry for less than five years and has demonstrated a commitment to the field of marketing professional services and an aptitude for leadership through his or her involvement in, and contributions to the chapter. Nominations are due no later than May 2, 2008

Children's Hospital Thanks SMPS DC!
We turned our Christmas holiday party into Santa's workshop! Members decorated boxes filled with toys for all age groups, which were delivered to Children's Hospital with the money raised - $2,500.
