Requirements::
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., marketing, business, English, journalism), or a 2-year technical or business degree with equivalent work experience
  • Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a marketing/sales role at an A/E firm

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience and proficiency in producing all phases of SF 330 proposals
  • Experience with Transportation proposal development
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in using a database for proposal development
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • High proficiency in business and technical writing and editing
  • Familiarity with the GPO Style Manual

Job Responsibilities:
  • All phases of proposal development and production for federal, state, local agencies and private sector clients
  • Regularly perform lead and opportunity tracking, produce reports
  • Maintain up-to-date resumes/project information in Deltek Vision
  • Maintain up-to-date photo/graphics content in image catalog
  • Assist with development of marketing materials
  • Assist in conference planning
  • Build/maintain excellent working relationships with operations/administrative groups, and Marketing department
  • Manage preparation of shortlist/interview presentations
  • Represent G&O at industry events

  • Research and monitor websites for RFPs and directs leads to Marketing Team for review.
  • Assist with National level trade show preparation.
  • Assist in “Red Teaming” proposals and reports.
  • Provide information as requested for quarterly quality reviews.
